应用 Application

·YFX系列电力液压防风铁楔制动器主要作为港口盛大表演、码头Lucky Piggy、铁路等露天工作的龙门起重机Japanese Speed Blackjack E、门座式起重机Journey to Paris、装卸桥等各种有轨起重机在工作状态下的防风制动StackEM。同时也可与锚定装置Monster Superlanche、防风拉索等共同作用Golden Legend，用于起重机非工作状态下的安全防风制动措施Temple Tumble。

APPLICATION

· YFXseries electric hydraulic windproof iron wedge brake is mainly used for windproof braking of gantry crane,portal crane,loading and unloading bridge and other rail cranes working in open air such as port,wharf

and railway.At the same time, it can also work together with anchoring device and windproof cable to take safewindproof braking measures for crane under non working state.

主要特点 Main Feature

·主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承Fire Portals，传动效率高Solar Queen，动作迅速灵敏可靠Peppes Pepperoni Pizza Plaza，且寿命长Zombie aPOPalypse。

·具有手动释放功能Speed Baccarat S，维护方便Extra Chilli。

·推动器具有弹簧复位功能Peek Baccarat，避免断电后推动器动作不灵敏楔块不能及时复位Indonesian Speed Baccarat 1。

·楔块经特殊工艺处理Honey Gems PowerPlay Jackpot，摩擦系数高Immortal 5，防腐性能好Money Train 3。

MAIN FEATURE

·All hinge points are fitted with self-lubrication bearingsFootball Studio Roulette，with high transmission efficiency,agile movement and long service life.

·With manual release function, and easy to maintain.

·The thrusters with spring resetting function avoiding the following situation: the wedge can't reset in time because the thrusfer's un-agile after power went off.

·The wedge is treated with special technique. It has high friction coefficient and excellent anti-corrosion performance.

使用条件 Operating Condition

·环境温度:-20℃~+50℃

·相对湿度:空气相对湿度不大于90%

·电源电压:3相Pirate Bonanza、交流380VHimalayan Wild、50Hz

·工作制：间歇性( S3-60%.1200次/小时）和连续(S1)

·有特殊要求时Cleocatra，在订货时协商确定Odins Gamble。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·Relative humidity: air relative humidity is not more than 90%

·Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V 50Hz

·Operating duty: intermittent (S3-60%.1200 times per hour) and continuous(S1)

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.

·注:电力液压推动器接线盒可旋转90°安装Giga Jar，并可根据用户需要决定安装在何侧Bow of Artemis。

Note:Elecro-hydraulic thruster wiring box can be installed turning 90 degree, and aso can be installed in specified postion according to customer's requirement.

·电力液压防风铁楔制动器分为左式和右式Star Pirates Code，从上图的主视图看Japanese Speed Baccarat 2，推动器在左边为左式Sanctuary，在右边为右式Baccarat 5。

The electric hydraulic windbreak wedge brake is divided into left type and righ type.From the main view above , the pusher is left type on the left and right type on the right.

·由于规格不同D Day，具体结构可能与上图有差异Shadow Treasure。
